The 2019 Cat Scramble will be held at Wandermere Golf Course, Saturday, September 14th.  We would love to add you to our list of loyal sponsors, supporters and golfers.  All proceeds to back the the student-athletes at Mead and Mt. Spokane High School.  The event is joint effort by both the Mead & Mt. Spokane Booster Clubs and is the biggest fundraise of the year for both schools!

The 18th Annual Cat Scramble Golf Tournament is in the books! We had nearly 200 golfers, a cool and breezy afternoon, a tasty dinner provided by Selkirk Pizza and Tap House and excellent support by the entire Mead community. Thanks, once again to our Title Sponsors – the Mead High School Class of ’76, the Kalispel Tribe / Northern Quest Resort & Casino and ALSC Architects. Thanks also, to our numerous Corporate Sponsors, donors and golfers, the Mead and Mt. Spokane Booster Clubs, Wandermere Golf Course and this year’s Cat Scramble Committee.

Check presentations were made at the Cat Fight Volleyball game and the Battle of the Bell Football game during Rivalry Week. This year's  Cat Scramble Golf Tournament raised a record $70,000 that will be split between the Mead and Mt. Spokane Athletic Programs.

Panther Boosters, Parent Volunteers, Costa Vida Mexican Grill, Mary Lou's Milk Bottle, Bret Johnson Orthodontics, the Washington Army National Guard, Mead Cheerleaders, Soul Patrol, Spokane County Sheriff, Fire District 9 and many Local Businesses (see below) combined their efforts and resources to throw one heck of a Tailgate Friday night before the 21st Battle of the Bell Football Game. Numerica Credit Union donated $200 to Mead and Mt. Spokane High School’s Needy Student Fund.

Congratulations and Thank you to the Panther Student Body and our Mead High School Leadership Groups who showed up all week, cheered with an incredible amount of positive energy, did so with class and looked like they had fun. Let’s keep that rollin’!

Thank you to both the Mead and Mt. Spokane Booster Clubs for their work in supporting the Cat Scramble Committee and Mead School District Athletics.
Thank you to those who were there early in the morning to help with course set up and tournament preparation; those who helped cook and serve burgers & sliders to the golfers and to the Mead and Mt. Spokane student golfers who added their skills from the tee box and on the green to help raise just a little bit extra!
Thank you to Wandermere Golf Course for hosting our event each year.  A special thanks to our major sponsors:
The Mead High School Class of '76, the Kalispell Tribe of Indians and ALSC Architects.
Thank you Committee members Jody Sanford, Mel Flesland and Niki Nessan for your hard work preparing silent auction items, registration / check in, carts, and raffles and more.
And THANK YOU if you were a contributor and/or player in last year's event!  See you this September 2019!  (Next year's event is still TBA)
