District COVID Testing Center

Location: District Building D south of Union Stadium: 12508 N Freya St., Mead, WA, 99021
Hours of operation: 7-9 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., each school day until further notice.

At this site, rapid antigen COVID testing is available for students and staff, and PCR (lab-based results) testing is available for family members that are experiencing symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19.

For students experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or are ill, please visit this walk-in COVID testing site listed above. 

FAMILY MEMBERS NEEDING PCR TEST
For those that have family members needing a PCR (lab-based results) test, they can register using the following link before arriving at the COVID testing site. Registration can be done here: Curative PCR Test.

FOR ALL TEST-TO-STAY STUDENTS 
***READ THIS FIRST*** IF YOU HAVE NOT PREVIOUSLY BEEN COVID TESTED AT A SCHOOL THIS SCHOOL YEAR, COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING TWO STEPS.
 If you have been tested and registered previously, you can skip these two steps and proceed to the testing site location chart below.

  1. Parent Consent Form - This form is good for the 2021-22 school year. Parents/Guardians will be notified prior to any COVID-19 test. Bring the completed form with you to the test site..
