Three Former Mead Volleyball Standouts Named Academic All-Conference

HELENA, Mont. – Eleven Carroll College volleyball players were named to the 2014 Frontier Volleyball Academic All-Conference Team.
 
To be eligible for the team, the student-athlete must be at least a sophomore in standing, maintain a 3.0 GPA and be enrolled at school the previous two semesters.
 
Every single player on the Carroll Volleyball team that has been here for the required two semesters had the academic standards to be named to the team.
 
Four seniors, three juniors and four sophomores received all-conference honors.
 
Seniors Emily Burk, Kathleen Mulligan, Calli Prestwood and Sarah Roshak all received recognition.
 
Juniors Kylie Dirham, Madeleine Fey and Rebecca Sweeney were also named to the team.
 
The sophomores that were honored were Katy DeGroot, Jonni Dorr, Natalie Kassa and Paige Montgomery.
 
Carroll volleyball had the second highest grade point average of any Carroll team with a combined 3.47 GPA.
