GSL BASKETBALL SCHEDULE HAS A NEW LOOK FOR 2014-15

Dear Panther Family - November 18th, 2014
As we begin another Winter Sports season, I wanted to take this opportunity to bring a couple important changes to your attention.
First, we have modified the GSL basketball schedule to allow six of our ten or so basketball teams to play on the same night at the same location. We hope this will be beneficial for our program development allowing all our coaches an opportunity to see and work with their athletes in game situations.
The schedule will be as follows:
JV Boys at 3:45pm
JV Girls at 3:45pm
FR Boys & FR Girls at 5:30pm and 7:15pm

V Boys & V Girls at 5:30pm and 7:15pm *games played against Gonzaga Prep will not follow this version of the schedule.
The Freshmen will mirror the Varsity schedule, so that our coaches can best assist with all levels of their program. If the Varsity Boys are the 5:30 game, the FR Boys will be the 7:15 game; if the Varsity Girls are the 7:15 game, the FR girls will be the 5:30 game and vice versa. All current schedules for all our teams can be found online using the following

With the Varsity & FR games at the same time, we wanted to alert you to one additional consequence. We will continue to charge admissions at 4:30pm per the GSL regulations for all of these contests (Varsity & Freshmen). The charge will be $6 for adults and $4 for students & seniors. We are also selling GSL passes for $60 which will get you into all regular season contests – great bargain if you will be attending more than 10 contests during the year. The GSL passes can be purchased at the business office and also at the games.
We appreciate you taking the time to read this and for your understanding in the matter. Change is often frustrating at first, but we hope that this will work out well for our athletes, programs and coaches.
Thanks again for your understanding and please feel free to call or email me if you have any questions or concerns.
