2018 Yearbook - Going, Going . . .

The last day to purchase a yearbook is December 15th! Books are available for purchase in the business office or online (via Quick Links > Online Payments). Books are $55 each. The Mead High School yearbook has a long standing tradition of excellence and was recently awarded a Gold Medal from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association, as well as a First Class rating with two marks of distinction from The National Scholastic Press Association. Panthers Recognize 2017 Fall 'Blue & Gold Athletes of the Season'

Monday morning, Mead High School recognized 4 senior athletes as their first ever 'Blue & Gold Athletes of the Season.' Representing Mead Fall Sport Athletes were John Mires - Football, Carolyn Wendel - Softball, Elena Gardner - Volleyball and Emma Morse - Soccer. These fine student athletes represent the best Mead High School has to offer. Each received a special award and a Subway gift certificate. Congratulations.

The Dark Streets Shineth - Mead's Christmas Festival

On Monday, December 18th @ 7 PM, Mead's Choir and Orchestra will combine their talents for their Christmas Festival at the Fox Theatre in downtown Spokane. This is a free concert with a $5 suggested donation. This concert promises to put you in the Christmas spirit; it's going to be so beautiful.

Sydney Lyman is the first Credit 2 Kids winner of the season with a check from STCU.

Sydney’s involvement includes extensive volunteer work through family and her church, participation in the STCU $100 project-homeless outreach, the founder and president of the Mead Serves Club, the creator of the Mead Serves website and serves as a student board member at Northwest Harvest. Junior Sydney Lyman was nominated by her teacher and mentor, Dana Rowan.

NECA - IBEW Student Athletes of the Fall Quarter

Congratulations to Mead seniors Hannah Barone and Joe Heitman - They are the National Electrical Contractors Association - International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (NECA-IBEW) Student Athletes of the Fall Quarter representing Mead High School.
